Anaheim Public Library (CA) selects Patron Point™
System seen as key to achieving increased visibility of library programs and services.
Dublin, OH - November 1, 2018 - Patron Point is announcing today that the Anaheim Public Library (CA) has selected Patron Point as its patron relationship management system.
The Library’s evaluation of Patron Point was guided by its overall marketing vision. “The communications goals of our library is to emphasize our focus on literacy and visibility of library services,” states Anaheim City Librarian, Audrey Lujan
Patron Point’s Ted Fons agreed, “Throughout the evaluation, there was a continued emphasis on how Patron Point could target and present the Library’s messaging in a more engaging fashion and we’re proud to be able to work with the Anaheim Public Library to help achieve their goals.
A key reason for the selection was Patron Point’s focus on libraries and marketing. “We chose Patron Point as it is designed for public library communications and gives us a unique understanding of our community,” continued Lujan. “With Patron Point’s user-specific campaign programs, we’re confident we’ll be able to achieve a new level of heightened patron engagement.”
